Felix Dosch, Consultant

“Fascinating speed”

After getting to know only subdivisions while working for VW, for automotive suppliers, and T-Systems, I eventually started to develop an interest in understanding the company as a whole. That is how I ended up in consulting. Here, I can actively solve problems – at a speed I still find fascinating.

What I appreciate about enomyc is the composition of the teams. Experienced consultants work together with young consultants. Through the company’s mentoring program, I benefit from Roland Nickerl’s impressive experience as CEO, Director at GE, as well as Head of Logistics at Otto. And his expertise isn’t an exception. You will find experts from all areas. No matter which project you are working on, an expert is always available to answer your questions.

I also like the hands-on mentality together with the methodical approach and challenging projects. These are likely to grow even more demanding in the future. I’m thinking about digitisation. Far too few of our clients are mapping their processes digitally today. We can make a big difference in this area as well as in digitising business models.

At enomyc, everyone can get involved and grow. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve been working as a consultant for years or not. The atmosphere is definitely very positive. We have worked hard on ourselves and have grown stronger digitally. In my opinion, we are ahead of the curve when compared to other consultancies in the mid-sized sector.
