Since 2025, he has been Head of Team Finance – and has set ambitious goals for this role too: he is moving finance out of its traditional role as a supplier of analysis and reporting and developing it into a driver and source of impulse for entrepreneurial decisions – in his view, the prerequisite for sustainable success. Through greater standardization of client data, he is also laying the groundwork for the use of artificial intelligence and comprehensive data analytics. Keppler's goal: to position enomyc even more broadly as the go-to partner for all questions relating to the transformation of the finance function.
Another priority for him is maximizing the scope for action available to entrepreneurs and companies, including through expert support in selecting and implementing early-warning systems.
It was his second professional posting after his dual study program that first sparked Jonas Keppler's passion for restructuring. At the time, he worked for a major German mid-market company, including assignments abroad. New challenges every day, the absence of "one size fits all" solutions, and the fact that the work demands not only analytical thinking and sound methodology but also improvisational skill and creativity: this is exactly what drew him to restructuring projects from the very start.
