Mehr InformationenThe German Insolvency Administrators’ Congress, organized by the Association of Insolvency Administrators and Trustees in Germany (VID), brings together professionals from insolvency administration, consulting, the judiciary, and the business community at the InterContinental Berlin. The congress focuses on current legal developments and their implications for restructuring and turnaround practice.
This year’s program covers, among other topics, proposed reforms to Germany’s Corporate Stabilization and Restructuring Act (StaRUG), pre-pack proceedings, and the new IDW S 16 standard for early crisis detection. The discussions span the early identification of corporate distress through to the structuring of restructuring and transaction processes.
enomyc will be represented by Uwe Köstens, Dr. Tim Bauer, and Jana Penka.
For us, the congress provides an opportunity to gain fresh perspectives for our advisory work and exchange experiences with insolvency administrators and other industry professionals. We particularly look forward to engaging in person and exploring new approaches to shared restructuring challenges.
