Today, Martin Hammer primarily advises clients from the automotive and supplier industries as well as the transportation and logistics, machinery and plant engineering, real estate and construction, and energy and environment sectors.
Since 2002, Martin Hammer has been active as an interim and restructuring manager, as well as a trustee in restructuring cases. In addition to his extensive general management experience, his areas of expertise include corporate M&A projects, post-merger integration, repositioning of companies, and managing restructuring processes.
Before founding enomyc, he led companies belonging to German and American 'Blue Chips' as well as renowned mid-sized businesses in Europe and internationally during his approximately 20-year tenure as a managing director.
He is married and the father of one daughter and three sons.
