Matias Otto

Matias Otto has developed and been responsible for the Real Estate business unit at enomyc as a partner since 2021. His current focus is on land and real estate transactions with numerous interfaces to real estate-related advisory mandates and, in particular, distressed M&A.

Building on his seven-year career at an internationally renowned architectural firm, Matias Otto has been responsible for various large-scale projects as a project developer for well-known industry giants, including as branch manager, since 2005. With his background as a developer on the investor side, he has a wide range of experience across all phases of the real estate development cycle as well as various types of use (office, commercial, residential, retail, gastronomy, hotel, neighbourhood development, special uses).
