Since 2021, Matias Otto has led the Real Estate Business Unit at enomyc as a Partner. In this role, he has specialized in the development of transaction strategies, execution of real estate-related restructuring measures, and advisory in complex distressed M&A cases.

His deep understanding of the real estate industry enables him to offer tailored, company-specific solutions that strategically meet the needs of entrepreneurs, owners, insolvency administrators, and investors. His expertise includes not only restructuring advisory but also the marketing and transaction of real estate and land, particularly considering financing structures and their dependencies.

Matias Otto and his team offer a comprehensive service portfolio, ranging from real estate-specific analyses and feasibility scenarios to market and location concepts, and lease optimization. His interdisciplinary consulting approach, which integrates experts from real estate, restructuring, and insolvency law, guarantees holistic advice and effective solutions even in special situations.

His strategic vision aims to further establish enomyc as a leading advisor in the real estate sector and to meet the consulting needs driven by current market developments such as increased construction costs and capacities.

After studying architecture at a German TU and in Florence, and seven years in a renowned architecture firm, Matias Otto deepened his knowledge through a degree in real estate economics. This solid education enabled him to transition into project development, where he realized various major projects in office, commercial, residential, retail, gastronomy, hotel, and district development as a branch manager.
