Dr. Stefan Frings

Dr Stefan Frings has been working in top management consulting in the areas of restructuring and performance improvement for over 25 years. Since 2014, he has headed the Düsseldorf office of enomyc and is responsible for strategy. With his many years of experience, he specialises primarily in restructuring and company-wide programmes to improve the revenue, cost and earnings position. He also performs interim management functions in the context of restructuring processes.
Previously, he was a successful partner and member of the management board at one of Germany's leading management consultancies for large medium-sized companies and corporations. As part of his consulting activities, he was successfully responsible for numerous projects in European and non-European countries. After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, he completed his doctorate at the Technical University of Munich. Stefan Frings is married and has two children.
