Dr. Stefan Frings brings over 25 years of experience in top-level management consulting—particularly in the areas of restructuring and performance improvement. As a partner and Head of Strategy, he oversees the Cologne office. As an equity partner, he also contributes to enomyc’s strategic development and will guide the company through its next phase of growth with entrepreneurial responsibility.

Thanks to his extensive experience, Dr. Stefan Frings specializes in restructuring as well as improving revenue, cost, and profit factors. Due to this expertise, he is frequently requested for and engaged in interim management roles.

After completing his studies in Business Administration at the University of Cologne, Stefan Frings earned his Doctorate in Economic Sciences from the Technical University of Munich. He then rose to become a partner and member of the executive board at a leading German management consultancy. As a consultant and strategist, he successfully led numerous projects in and outside Europe. His approach is characterized by a focus on implementation, pragmatism, an eye for what is feasible, and the ability to mediate.

Dr. Stefan Frings is married and the father of two children.
